Booking and Payment Terms

✦ Booking a Slot
•To reserve a slot, an upfront payment is required.
•Customers who pay first will have priority in the queue.✦ Installment Payments
•Paying in installments is possible but must be agreed upon before booking.
•A minimum of 50% of the total price is required to secure your spot.
•Once payment is made, your name will be added to the queue immediately.
•Work will begin when it is your turn in the queue.✦ Cancellation and Refunds
Please note: if you cancel your commission, the deposit is non-refundable✦ VTuber / Live2D Commissions (Special Case)
•Clients commissioning VTuber or Live2D work automatically receive commercial rights and VIP queue priority.
•Work will start immediately after full payment. Initially, you will receive line sketches.
All additional steps (coloring, adding outfits, hairstyles, etc.) will continue only after full payment has been completed.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE | VIP Queue

✦ Personal Use
• You may post the artwork on your social media as long as it is not for profit (such as using it as a profile picture, banner, or personal website decoration)
• You may print the artwork for personal use only (such as making keychains, standees, pillow covers, or posters) but reselling is strictly prohibited.
• If you want to use this artwork commercially later, please contact me to discuss the details.• Editing the artwork: You may customize the image (such as adjusting colors, adding frames, filters, stickers, resizing) as long as the original artwork remains at least 90%.✦ Commercial Use + VIP Queue
• Commission work used commercially will automatically receive VIP Queue status, meaning your work will be prioritized first and placed in a new queue, possibly starting immediately if there are no VIP clients ahead of you.
• Prices for commercial use are normally 2–3 times the base price of the work (may be higher or lower depending on the case), depending on the type of usage, such as use in revenue-generating media or merchandise production. Large businesses or those earning high income from the work may be charged special rates depending on the case.Content that generates income (such as streaming, videos, monetized social media content of all kinds using my artwork)
Physical products (such as keychains, standees, book covers, posters, etc.)If you are unsure whether your use qualifies as commercial or want to inquire more about pricing details, feel free to contact me directly. Giving credit is optional for personal/private use, but always very appreciated!

HOW TO BRIEF YOUR COMMISSION

(If your OC has lots of details, zoom in on important features like accessories, tattoos, or unique patterns)2. Makeup & facial details

• Small / simple pieces: 3–7 days
• Medium-level pieces: 1–3 weeks
• Highly detailed / complex pieces: 1–3 monthsI carefully take my time with each project to make sure everything looks clean, polished, and the best I can possibly deliver. Because of this, some pieces may take longer — I truly appreciate your understanding.
If you’re ever wondering about the progress or estimated completion date, feel free to reach out anytime. I have a clear schedule and can always give you an approximate ETA.✦ Need your piece sooner^{(The rush fee only shortens the working time, not the queue wait time.)}
You can choose to add a rush fee (about 10–50%) to speed up the process.
I’ll prioritize your work and finish it faster, but please understand that the overall polish or detail may be slightly reduced.✦ For VIP Queue + Commercial Use
Your commission will be moved to the very top of the list, and I will reorganize my entire schedule to prioritize your piece.
This includes reducing my personal time to make sure your project gets extra attention, better organization, and the most polished result possible.

Rush Work | VIP Queue – What’s the Difference?

Rush Work ^{Extra charge 10~50%}
• For clients who need their artwork done faster and don’t mind if the final result is slightly less polished.
• If your project is simple and not very detailed, a small rush fee will be enough.
• For very detailed or complex projects, the rush fee may be higher, please ask for a quote.
• Rush work only speeds up the working time but does not skip the normal queue — you still have to wait your turn.VIP Queue
• For clients who don’t want to wait in line, need their artwork fast, want high detail with minimal issues, and plan to use the artwork commercially.
• VIP Queue is only available for clients paying commercial prices.
You cannot pay just for VIP Queue without choosing the commercial pricing option.
This priority is reserved for commercial-use clients or those paying the full commercial rate.
• If you’re not using the artwork commercially but want VIP Queue, you can pay the full commercial price (which is double the base rate).
• VIP Queue clients skip the queue entirely. Work starts immediately and is rushed while maintaining high detail and quality with minimal problems.
