Booking and Payment Terms

✦ Booking a Slot
• An upfront payment is required to reserve a slot.
• Clients who complete payment first will receive priority placement in the queue.✦ Installment Payments
• Installment payments are available but must be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
• A minimum of 50% of the total price is required to secure your slot.
• Once payment is received, your name will be added to the queue immediately.
• Work will begin when your turn in the queue arrives.✦ Cancellation and Refunds
Please note: If you cancel your commission, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

✦ VTuber / Live2D Commissions (Automatic VIP Priority)

• All VTuber / Live2D commissions automatically include Commercial Rights and VIP Queue priority.
• These projects do not follow the normal queue system.Payment & Work Start
• Clients may choose to pay in full or request an agreed installment plan before booking.
• Work will begin immediately after the first installment payment has been received.Installment-Based Work Structure
• The project will be divided according to the agreed installment duration.
(Example: A 6-month installment plan = the project will be divided into 6 parts, with one part completed per month.)• Line sketches will be delivered first.
• Subsequent stages (coloring, outfits, hairstyles, additional details, etc.) will proceed according to the structure of each installment phase.
• Progress to the next stage or acceleration of work will only occur after the next installment payment has been completed.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE | VIP Queue

✦ Personal Use
• You may post the artwork on social media as long as it is not used for profit (e.g., profile picture, banner, or personal website decoration).
• You may print the artwork for personal use only (e.g., keychains, standees, pillow covers, posters). Reselling is strictly prohibited.
• If you later wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact me to discuss licensing.
• Editing is allowed (such as adjusting colors, adding frames, filters, stickers, resizing), provided that at least 90% of the original artwork remains intact.✦ Commercial Use + VIP Queue
• Any commission intended for commercial use will automatically receive VIP Queue status.
• VIP Queue means your project will be prioritized and placed in a separate queue, potentially starting immediately if no other VIP projects are ahead.• Commercial pricing is typically 2–3× the base price (may vary depending on usage type).
• Large businesses or high-revenue usage may be subject to custom pricing.Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
• Monetized content (streaming, videos, revenue-generating social media using my artwork).
• Physical merchandise (keychains, standees, book covers, posters, etc.).If you are unsure whether your usage qualifies as commercial, please contact me directly for clarification.• Editing for commercial work is allowed as long as at least 70% of the original artwork remains intact.
